Publication fees

  1. For Assiut University staff members, a nonrefundable down payment of LE 350 is to be paid upon submission of the paper. In case of acceptance, the fees will be LE 20 per each page of the first 10 pages, and LE 30 for each page more than the first 10 pages till 30 pages. Extra pages will be at additional extra charge.
  2. For other prospective authors residing in Egypt, a nonrefundable down payment of LE 350 is to be paid upon submission of the paper. In case of acceptance, the fees will be LE 35 per each page of the first 10 pages, and LE 45 for each page more than the first 10 pages till 30 pages. Extra pages will be at additional extra charge.
  3. For nonresidents of Egypt a nonrefundable down payment of US $ 75 is to be paid upon submission of the paper for the first 30 pages. Extra pages will be at additional extra charge. In case of acceptance, a total payment of US $ 175 plus US $ 75 is required for the paper and the volume. For all authors residing, additional fees will be added to the mentioned fees as a difference due to printing costs on good quality papers.

The Journal can be exchanged with similar scientific publication.
  • The annual subscription rate for Scientific and Industrial Corporations in ARE is LE 450 for all issues within the year.
  • For subscriptions abroad the rate is US $ 450 for all issues within the year.
  • For individual subscription inside Egypt, the rate is LE 75 per issue.
  • For individual subscription outside Egypt, the rate is $ 75 per issue.

Ethics
  1. The submitted paper should not have been submitted earlier or at the same time to any other journal in Egypt or abroad.
  2. For multi-author papers, the corresponding author must affirm that all of the authors have read and approved the manuscript.
  3. Copyright and Declaration of Authenticity forms should be completed and sent to JES as explained in Copyrights.
  4. Acknowledgment, when applicable, must be provided.
  5. An Electronic Plagiarism Check Tool shall be applied on all submitted papers before they undergo the reviewing process. If any submitted text does not satisfy a minimum level of compliance with these rules, the paper will unfortunately be rejected and the peer review process will not start.
